Shipping and Delivery
For Pune/ Mumbai, the shipping cost will be Rs 20 and for PAN India, the shipping cost will be Rs 30. Free shipping on order value above ₹500.
We currently offer shipping to most locations across India. To verify whether we can ship to your specific area, please add the desired products to your cart and enter your pin code during the checkout process. This will allow us to check the shipping availability for your pin code. Our shipping services are currently limited to addresses within India.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 Business Days excluding Saturday and Sunday. Orders within Mumbai will be delivered within 2-3 Business days after placing the order. Orders for the rest of India will take up to 5-7 business days.
Note: we cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery by our courier partners but we will help you track the courier and keep you updated.
Returns, Cancellation and Exchanges
A product once dispatched or received cannot be returned.
However, if the product(s) was/were received spoiled or damaged, we will gladly exchange the product(s), if the return is initiated within 2 days of delivery. In order to initiate the return or exchange process, please submit pictures and videos of the product. In the case of jars, we will require an unboxing video. We will initiate the return or replacement process after vetting the photos and videos submitted.
We are very particular about the quality and packaging of the food that we send for your fur baby. However, if despite our best efforts, the product is spoiled or has been damaged in transit, please raise a return request for the damaged product within 2 days from delivery. We will either replace the product or provide a refund for the purchase price (and delivery cost, if any). Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

- We will contact you to initiate the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
- Pack your item carefully, so it reaches us safely. Follow the instructions emailed to you. Print your return shipping label and tape it on the front of the package.
- Once we receive your return, we will evaluate the product for issues and revert on the next steps within 2 working days.
For all returns which are accepted post the QC process, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
For all approved refunds, money will be returned to the source.
Yes. This is applicable in case your pin code is not serviceable for pickup. You will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place the Order ID and Customer details along with the return package.
If you have self-shipped the return, we will refund the same on the basis of the courier receipt submitted by you at the time of requesting the return. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:
- It should capture the weight of the return package.
- Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
- The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
- The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.
- Courier bill/receipt should reach us by mail / courier before the receipt of return by us.
This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end. We, however, will not be able to refund the courier cost after receipt of the returned goods.
Your return can be put on hold or rejected due to the following reasons:
- If the product that has been returned does not match with the pictures and/or videos shared at the time of raising the return request and/or
- If the product has been consumed/used before returning
- If the damage to the product is not transit or quality linked
We will inform you about the exact reason in case of the return being rejected.
This may have happened, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. In the event that you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and Myntra assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped item. Since our products have no preservatives or stabilisers, they are perishable. Hence, we will not be able to exchange any product once received or delivered to an incorrect address entered by you.
We will be happy to exchange the product if an incorrect product has been sent by us. Please write to us at customercare@wethepawple.com with your order details with clear front and back pictures of the wrong product received. We will help you with initiating the return process. Please note: A product received incorrectly can only be exchanged if it is returned to us sealed and not opened.
In the unlikely event that you choose to cancel your order, you can proceed with cancellation within 12 hours of placing it. Post that, cancellation would not be possible.

For all cancellations done within the 12 hour window, cancellations will be processed within 3-4 business days.
Cancellations post 12 hours of placing the order will not be accepted.
No, You cannot modify the shipping address of your order after the order has been placed.
Fresh Meals
We prepare your fur baby’s Fresh Meal on the day of delivery, unless specified by you (in case of bulk orders). Post preparation, they are cooled in the fridge to stop overcooking and circulation of hot air.
These meals can be served immediately. If not consumed immediately, the meals should be refrigerated at or below 4℃ for upto 3 days, as soon as they are delivered.
To preserve the meals for a longer duration, please store the meals in their original packaging in the freezer immediately on receipt, for upto 15 days.
However, we recommend that you feed freshly cooked food to your pet as far as possible.
Just like human food, the efficacy of Fresh Meals keeps reducing if left outside the fridge or freezer. Fresh Meals kept at room temperature beyond 30 minutes, will likely be unsafe for your dog to eat. Please check the food for rancid smells or change of texture. In case of any smell or texture change, please discard and not feed the same to your pup.
Kibble, in theory, is a completely balanced meal. However, since its ingredients and the production process are questionable, we do not recommend mixing the two.
Broth, at the most basic level, has similar essential nutrients that the Fresh Meals have. It is easy on the gut and aids in digestion especially when the dog is struggling with gut issues like reflux and diarrhoea.
It is a natural solution for enticing your dog into proper dehydration without medication, seasoning or added flavours.
Principally, for proper hydration, dogs must drink water upto 1/16th of their body weight. For example: if your dog is 10 kgs, then consider the following calculation for your dog’s daily hydration:
Water Quantity (ML) = 10 Kgs X 1000 (convert to Gms) / 16 = 625 ML
Total Water quantity required per day for 10 Kg dog = 625 ML spread throughout the day. This would include hydration provided as part of Fresh Meals, free drinking, etc.
Quantity of Broth = 50 ML added to 100 ML water i.e. roughly 50%. This would make 150 ML water.
Note: This calculation is a general standard, provided for ease of understanding of pet parents. It might vary from dog to dog depending on activity levels, medical reasons and general water drinking habits. Please use your discretion and your vet’s advice while applying this calculation to your dog’s needs.
Cronchies
Cronchies are a single ingredient jerky treat for dogs. They’re named Cronchies for the crunchy, blissful sound that they make when your dog bites into them.
Cronchies are made of premium, low fat, juiciest meat cut of Chicken, Mutton or Buff, depending on the variant you choose. Cronchies do not contain any other ingredient – no oil, glycerin, fruit, sugar, grain.. Nothing that can take away the nutritional value or taste of the treat.
Cronchies will taste great 15 days from opening and within 30 days from the date of manufacturing. To maintain the taste, cronchiness and texture of the product, it is recommended that Cronchies be refrigerated in an airtight container as soon as they are received. This will ensure that your fur baby will enjoy a fresh and nutritious treat.
Buff is the short form of Buffalo. This is a nutritious, low allergen, protein dense red meat which is enjoyed by fur babies while imparting many health benefits. We use lean Buff cuts to ensure that your dogs only enjoy the protein and not the fat.
None of our products have any added preservatives, flavour, sugar, colour, or glycerine. The crunch delivered in Cronchies is achieved through the careful choice of meat, cutting and dehydrating of the meat.
Cronchies can be customised for senior dogs and even pups. Note: Soft treats will have higher water content and hence, more susceptible to mould. Please store and consume the treats well before the suggested Best Before period.
Biskies
Biskies are vegetarian/vegan (both), gluten-free baked biscuit like treats for dogs. They’re called Biskies because they’re small biscuits, baked to perfection while retaining the goodness of their ingredients.
Biskies are made with gluten-free flours, homemade butters, vegetables and fruits. Just pure, baked goodness!
Biskies will taste great 15 days from opening and within 30 days from the date of manufacturing. This will ensure that your fur baby will enjoy a fresh and nutritious treat each time.
Biskies are made using gluten-free flour and natural fruits and vegetables without the use of added sugar, commercial fats, colour, flavour, essences, baking powder and soda. So, Biskies will have their unique texture, smell and flavour which is absolutely human grade – just without sugar. So, they will not look like machine-made, commercially produced dog biscuits or even human biscuits.
Absolutely! Biskies are completely human grade, without meat, eggs or sugar. In fact, each product is tasted by humans for balance, flavour and crunch. Go ahead and try them, if you enjoy sugar-free goodness!
Yes. Biskies are suitable in moderation for all dogs over 6 months. However, if your dog has chewing issues with harder biscuits, Biskies can be customised for your fur baby. If you are aware of the allergy causing food item, please write to us at customercare@wethepawple.com or call us at +919920568815 and we will prepare Biskies without that material. In any case, when you feed anything new to your dog, start small. Let them eat a piece and monitor for 24 hours. Discontinue feeding if any allergies show up.
Peanut Butter
100% Peanuts and nothing else. No added sugar, xylitol, oils, honey, flavours, colours, preservatives, salt. Nothing added.
No. Our peanut butter does not contain any stabilisers. Peanut butter has natural oil content. During warmer seasons, this oil tends to separate and collect at the top of the jar. Just use a spoon to mix the contents of the bottle well and you’ll have the best peanut butter for your fur baby!
Creamy peanut butter is great for humans because we tend to use it as a spread. However for dogs, a slight grainy texture helps in preventing the peanut butter from sticking to or coating the inside of your dog’s mouth. This texture is ideal for toys, lick mat and dispensing medicine.
First up, you will receive only freshly churned peanut butter from us. Because there are no preservatives in our peanut butter, it needs to be immediately refrigerated upon receipt.
That said, if the peanut butter has turned dark in colour, or looks dry and cakey in texture, or has turned mouldy, or tastes bitter or smells metallic or soapy, bin it. It cannot be consumed.
Like humans, some dogs may also be allergic to peanuts. When you start feeding peanut butter to your dog, start with taste testing a small quantity and wait for 24 hours.
Peanut allergy, if your dog develops it, can manifest as itchy skin, excessive licking, hotspots, indigestion. In severe cases, it may lead to swelling, difficulty breathing and agitation. In case of an allergy, please stop feeding peanut butter to your dog and consult a vet immediately without waiting for symptoms to worsen.
Paw Butter
Many dogs are uncomfortable with having their paws touched. It could be a result of injury, allergy or past abuse (in case of rescues). It is important to create a positive association when trimming nails or taking care of paw pads. Before putting paw balm, start with touching the paws and giving high value treats. Continue to treat as they allow you to touch.
Over a period of time, when they are comfortable with their paws being touched, start applying the Paw Butter. This will create a great bonding experience with your pup.
Calluses are hard, dry skin patches formed as a result of constant friction, walking/running on hard and rough surfaces, longer periods of immobility.
Unlike humans, most dogs tend to do all the walking, running and playing bare feet… or paws! They tend to sit with their elbows hitting the ground first. Their paws and elbows are exposed to hard earth, concrete and rough floors. This causes calluses on the paw pads which can crack and cause a lot of discomfort to the dog.
Paw Butter is the preventive measure your dog needs. It helps moisturise, soothe, soften and the dog’s paw pads and elbows.
A word of caution: In case of heat/frost burns or severe bleeding or any visible growth on paw pads/elbows, please consult your vet for treatment immediately.
If your dog has developed calluses on the paw pads and/or elbows, they will feel dry and rough. On elbows, these will present as dark, dry hairless patches. Daily usage of Paw Butter will help in softening and moisturising of the paw pads and elbows in 2 weeks. However, paw pads and elbows need regular care and hence, daily application is recommended.
No. First and foremost reason being the harmful ingredients in human face or foot creams. There are many chemicals and bases which are not suitable for dogs’ skin or even ingesting, as they lick their paws.
Paws are the hardworking parts of a dog’s body. Their texture helps them withstand the rigors of daily life. Elbows carry the sitting weight of the dogs. Human creams tend to soften and over moisturize, exposing the paw pads and elbows to slippages and injuries.
Paw Butter is a preventive salve which helps in moisturising and protecting the elbows and paw pads of your dogs. But it cannot heal severe cuts, burns or bleeding. Please consult your vet for such injuries, without delay.
