Shipping Policy

Epifanya & Co., having its registered office at 287/602, Rosewood Park CHS, Sher-E-Punjab Society, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400093 (hereinafter referred to as “Firm”, “Epifanya”, “We”, “Us” and “Our”) is managing and operating the website wethepawple.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”, “website” or “wethepawple.com” or “We the Pawple”) through which it inter alia sells Pet Food, Treats and Wellness products to the users of the website (“User”, “Users”, “Customer”, “Customers”, “You” or “your”).

This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Shipping Policy”) is applicable to the Users of the Website and is meant to educate and assist the Users about the process of shipping and delivery of products and/or services ordered by the Customer through the website and the respective shipping charges that will be paid by the Customer.

For this Shipping Policy, wherever the context so requires, You shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a customer by registering himself / herself on the Website by providing the registration data using computer / mobile or by purchasing product(s) from Website. 

At We the Pawple we understand how important it is to deliver your products in good condition and on time. As a result, we take extra care in packing your orders and have partnered with some of the most reputable courier partners to deliver your products seamlessly.

Delivery Process

Once the order is placed by You and payment is received by us, the order enters the 12-hour processing window. At the end of the processing window, the product(s) pass(es) through the quality check process. Then the product(s) is/are packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partner for delivery at your doorstep at the earliest possibility, on the basis of Pin Codes serviced by them.

Product Packaging

Product(s) is/are packed with protective covering in a plastic Courier Bag. We follow all measures to ensure that product(s) is/are delivered to you without damage. However, if you still receive any product in damaged or spoiled condition, you may Return or Exchange the product(s) as per our ‘Exchange and Return Policy’  on the Website.

Shipment charges

For Prepaid orders above Rs 500/- (Five Hundred), there shall be no shipping charge. For all prepaid orders below Rs 500, following shipping fees apply:

  1. Delivery in Mumbai and Pune: A shipping fee of Rs 20 will apply
  2. Delivery in rest of the country on the basis of pin codes serviced: A shipping fee of Rs. 30 will apply  

We The Pawple has no provision to accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Hence, all orders must be prepaid in order for us to be able to process and dispatch.

Locations Covered

We ship Pan India. User is advised to check the serviceability of the pin code since deliveries are managed by third party.

Estimated Dispatch Timeline

Each order will pass through a mandatory 12-hour processing time. Post which the quality check will take place. After these two processes, most orders will be dispatched within 48hrs Monday to Saturday. In the unlikely situation of a delay in dispatch, You will be informed via the email address provided by You in your profile and order booking. 

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  1. Orders within Mumbai will be delivered within 2-3 business days of placing the order and payment processing.
  2. Orders outside of Mumbai should deliver within 5-7 business days of placing the order and payment processing. However, this timeline is subject to the pincodes serviceability of our delivery partner.

We The Pawple cannot be held liable for any delay in order delivery which are caused at the delivery partner’s end. You will be intimated about any known delays in delivery. We The Pawple will not be liable for inability to communicate about unknown delays in delivery.

Multiple Shipments

In case of a multiple product order, We The Pawple may dispatch products in parts which may result in you receiving the products across different timelines.

Disputes

The Honorable Courts at Mumbai shall be the exclusive competent courts to deal with the issues arising out of Shipping Policy to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

Arbitration 

The disputes shall be settled amicably between the parties. However, if for any reason whatsoever the disputes could not be settled, then the sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall settle the disputes. Seat of the Arbitrator shall be at Mumbai and proceedings shall be the dealt under the Indian Laws.
